Choose the right CSV statement

The supported layout contains English headers, an IBAN, completion dates, transaction IDs and a balance after each transaction. A PDF balance summary has no transaction history and cannot replace this file.

Fees and states

Currently only transactions without fees are supported: Fee must be zero and Amount must equal Total amount. Non-completed transactions are reported as excluded. Balance inconsistencies or unsupported variants block exports.

MT940 output data

The opening balance is derived from the first transaction and its balance. The completed date becomes both the booking and value date; the statement number and document reference are generated locally. Confirm this mapping before MT940 export.
